Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping
Delivery time: 5–10 business days.
Free on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.
Express Shipping
Delivery time: 2–4 business days.
Flat rate: $12.95.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Order Tracking
Track your order status at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also check your order status through your account on our website.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged during transit, or significantly delayed (more than 21 business days for international orders), please contact us at support@bonyabeauty.ru with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
Packaging
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. Cosmetic products are wrapped individually. Candles are packed with additional protective materials due to their weight and fragility.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
To initiate a return:
- Email support@bonyabeauty.ru with your order number and reason for return
- Receive return instructions and shipping address
- Ship the item back in its original, sealed packaging
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable items: opened or used products, items without original packaging, gift cards, sale items marked as final sale, and items purchased more than 14 days ago.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bonyabeauty.ru with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
