We want you to be happy with your BONYA BEAUTY purchase. Please review our refund policy below.

General Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at support@bonyabeauty.ru with your order number and reason for return.

Products must be returned in their original, sealed condition. We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or damaged cosmetic products due to hygiene and safety regulations.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked as final sale (including discounted batches marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase)
  • Items purchased more than 14 days ago

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bonyabeauty.ru. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send the correct product and arrange return of the wrong item at our expense.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Allergic Reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to any BONYA BEAUTY product, please discontinue use immediately and contact us at support@bonyabeauty.ru. While we cannot accept returns of opened cosmetic products under our standard policy, we review allergic reaction cases individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

We always recommend performing a patch test before first use and reviewing the full ingredient list on the product page before purchasing.
